Vintage Ceramic Boy And Girl Figurine

A charming pair of hand-painted ceramic figures, a big-eyed boy and girl sharing one oval base, in the sweet mid-century style of Hummel-inspired collectibles. There's some visible glaze wear and a small chip on the base's edge, plus faint scuff marks on the girl's cheek, but the colors and details on their outfits are still bright. A nice little conversation piece for a shelf or curio cabinet.

Those little painted faces got me the second I saw them on the shelf — total shop mascots.
