This site is here for one reason: to help good, honest people find good, honest secondhand finds. Use it in that spirit and there's nothing here to worry about.
Jojin's Kitty Thrift Shop ("we," "us," "the shop") operates this website to showcase inventory available at our physical store located at 4100 N Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60641. You can buy shop inventory in person at the store or, for items marked as available online, through this website.
When you check out online, you can choose store pickup, local delivery, or shipping where offered. Prices, stock, shipping and tax are confirmed at checkout. Payments are entered and processed on the secure payment page of our payment processor, Stripe — your card details never pass through or get stored on this website. Shipped orders go by USPS; shipping is priced from the package's weight and your ZIP code, and is free on orders of $75 or more (counted at full price, before any discount code). After paying, you'll get an order page showing its status.
Every item is secondhand and most are one of a kind. If an item sells in the store before your order goes through, we'll remove it from your cart before you pay. Questions about an order? Call us at the number below.
All sales are final — we don't accept returns or exchanges. See our return policy.
Items shown on this site are secondhand and sold as-is. Availability, pricing, and condition can change without notice — for in-store shopping, the site is a helpful preview of inventory, not a guarantee that a specific item is still on the shelf when you arrive. Items you have paid for online are held for you.
This site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate and the site running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly up to date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jojin's Kitty Thrift Shop and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.
With your permission, this site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. It sets cookies that tell us which of our Facebook posts brought you here, and lets Facebook show you ads for items you looked at. It records things like the pages you view, items you add to your cart, and completed orders. We never send your card details — those are typed on the bank's own payment page.
Nothing is sent to Facebook unless you tap Accept on the cookie banner. The site also saves your cart and checkout details in your own browser so they're still there when you come back; those stay on your device.
We may update these terms from time to time as the site changes. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the current version.
