Vintage Flocked-Face Character Figure in Overalls

A charmingly odd little vinyl figure with a soft flocked face, yellow shirt, and blue overalls with painted-on buttons. There's a faint scratch mark across the belly and light wear consistent with age, but the flocking and paint are otherwise holding up nicely. No markings visible to identify the character, so this one's a bit of a mystery guest.

I have no idea who this little guy is supposed to be, but he's got so much personality I couldn't leave him in the bin.
