Vintage Space Robot Duck Figure

A quirky little vinyl figure that looks like a duck-faced astronaut robot, complete with a helmet fin, painted visor, and a pointing finger like he's got somewhere to be. The paint is worn in spots and there's some wear on the arm and boot, consistent with a well-loved vintage toy. No packaging, but he stands fine on his own on that little base.

I have no idea what this guy is supposed to be but I couldn't put him down, so now he's yours to figure out.
