A green and white 1-Up mushroom shaped ball toy from a Nintendo McDonald's Happy Meal promo. It has holes on one side that look like they were meant for a whistle or noisemaker function. In good used condition with light surface shine from handling, no cracks noted.
This little Mario-world extra life made me smile the second I found it, and it's just too fun to keep sitting in a drawer.
