Vintage Disney Chip Figure with Conical Hat

A small PVC figure of Chip (from Chip 'n Dale) dressed in a blue outfit and yellow conical hat, likely from an international Rescue Rangers-era toy line. Paint shows minor wear at the edges of the hat and some light scuffing consistent with age, but the figure stands well and the face detail is still crisp.

This little guy showed up in a mystery bag of old toys and just made me laugh — too fun not to pass along.
